When you contact us, request quotes, place orders or use our website, we may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, order details, artwork and messages. Website operators may process browser, device, cookie and technical usage data.
How we use and share information
We use it to respond to inquiries, make proofs and quotes, complete orders, arrange delivery and payments, maintain required business records, protect against abuse and operate the site. We share information with service providers supporting hosting, communications, payment, fulfillment and shipping when necessary, or where required by law. Their policies may apply.
AI and messaging
EyeMagic may use Google Business Profile RCS messaging and an AI assistant for routine customer questions, with human follow-up. Google, supported carriers and providers may process messages and telephone numbers to operate the service; RCS conversations are not necessarily end-to-end encrypted. Do not send payment-card numbers or other sensitive credentials over chat. Request a human response at any time. You may ask us to stop nonessential messages; standard carrier fees may apply.
Retention and rights
Records are retained as reasonably necessary to provide services, resolve disputes and satisfy legal obligations. Reasonable security safeguards are used, but transmission is not guaranteed secure. Contact us to request access, corrections or deletion where permitted by law.

Our website and outside services may use cookies. Browser settings can restrict them. Linked services have separate policies. We may update this notice and its effective date.
