Custom work
Quotes, invoices and individual written agreements determine order quantities, artwork approvals, prices, deposits, production and delivery dates, changes, cancellations and returns. Please check specifications and artwork proofs before approving production. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
Customer-supplied artwork
By providing images, logos or content, you confirm you have permission to use them and authorize their use for the requested quote or order. Existing customer ownership does not transfer to EyeMagic. We may decline unlawful or infringing orders.
AI-assisted RCS messaging
EyeMagic may use an AI assistant for routine questions through Google Business Profile and supported RCS networks. Automated replies can be inaccurate. Custom prices, production promises, refunds and order changes require human confirmation. Request a human at any time. Availability depends on network and device support. Standard message fees may apply. Do not share passwords or payment-card details through ordinary messaging, or use messages for spam or unlawful content.
Privacy and third-party providers
Our Privacy Policy describes information practices. Google, payment services and linked sites have separate terms. These website terms may be updated; written terms confirmed for an order govern that order.
